Courses we provide

We provide certified training courses in food safety and HACCP, from introductory (level 1) through primary (level 2) to management (level 3).

Certified courses we provide include

• Introductory course in HACCP food hygiene (Level 1)
Can be held in-house or run in a central venue (3 hours duration)


• Intermediate course in food safety and implementing HACCP in the workplace (Level 2)
We provide a choice of two courses. Each are certified to F.S.A.I. requirements. We run them publicly at regular intervals, but we can schedule them in-house if required
  1. Primary Food safety (Environmental Health Association of Ireland)
  2. Food safety and HACCP (Food Safety Professionals Association)


• The Management of food hygiene (Level 3)
We provide three courses at management level to meet different criteria of different food businesses. They take three or four days over several weeks to complete and some have a project which must be completed and returned to achieve certification:
  1. Management of Food Hygiene (National Hygiene Partnership)
  2. HACCP Management – Mapped to FSAI level 3 (Food Safety professionals Association)
  3. HACCP Works – Food safety Management for food businesses (QQI FETAC)



• Understanding and controlling allergens in food business
We run a very comprehensive and user friendly two hour course on allergens.

Other courses

We also run refresher courses for all standards, levels and requirements Remember we can tailor the courses specifically for the needs of the food businesses such as care homes, crèches, hospitals, butchers, meat packers, bakeries, delicatessens, takeaways, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, distributors etc
